The Samsung Galaxy S8 update hits the software build version of G950FXXS7DTA6 based on Android 9 Pie OS. While the Galaxy S8 + firmware is rolled out with G955FXXS7DTA6. This update is only available in European countries including Germany and the Netherlands. Users of other countries, including India, do not know how long to wait for the update.
The OTA update is underway in a phased process for the Galaxy S8 series. Therefore, it may take some time before slowly reaching all units. You will get a notification to download the update. Alternatively, updates can also be checked manually by going to Settings> About Phone> Software Update.

Samsung Galaxy S8 + features
The Samsung Galaxy S8 + has a 6.2-inch Quad HD + Super AMOLED display. This smartphone comes with an Exynos 8895 SoC with Mali-G71 MP20 GPU. The device also has a single camera setup at the back. The F / 1.7 is made up of a 12-megapixel primary sensor with aperture and OIS. At the front, the Galaxy S sports an 8+ selfie and an 8-megapixel camera for video capture.
