Samsung has recently added Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 to its Galaxy A family. Now, the company seems to be working on the 5G variant of the Galaxy A71 smartphone.
The device has been spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance website with the SM-A7160 model number. The latest certification suggests that the SM-A7160 model is actually a Samsung Galaxy A71 5G smartphone, and may be launched soon.
As per the listing, the Galaxy A71 5G WiFi will support dual-band a / b / g / n / ac connectivity. With this, Wi-Fi authentication also revealed that the smartphone will work on the latest Android 10.
The rest of the details of the Samsung Galaxy A71 are yet to be revealed. However, a previous Geekbench listing claimed that this phone can be given Exynos 980 5G chipset with 8GB of RAM.
This possibility means that the company will launch 5G-enabled smartphones in some countries around the world. The device scored 3,078 marks in single-core test and 7,346 marks in multi-core test.

The smartphone features a 6.7-inch FHD + Super AMOLED display with Infinity-O panel.
The Galaxy A71 4G comes in India with a starting price of Rs 29,999. It has Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 chipset with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
On the imaging front, the phone sports a quad-camera setup at the back, with a 64-megapixel primary sensor. The smartphone comes with a 4,500mAh battery and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
