Scientists from Finland, who receive protein from bacteria and hydrogen, say that within this decade it will counteract soy-derived protein.
This protein is made from bacteria in the soil. These bacteria thrive on hydrogen gas. And this gas is obtained by dissipating water into its components, hydrogen and oxygen gases, through electricity.
Researchers say that if the electricity is obtained from solar energy or wind energy, the dose can be produced almost without any toxic gas.
If their dream becomes an embarrassment, it will help the world deal with a wide variety of agriculture issues.
When I went to see a solar food plant on the outskirts of Helsinki, Finland last year, scientists were raising funds to expand their project.
Now they say they have collected more than $ 6 million. They say that it will depend on the cost of electricity, but they are optimistic that by the end of this decade and perhaps 2015, it will be priced at Soya.

They think it should not have any taste of its own so that it can be easily mixed with other foods.
It can be used in peas, ice cream, biscuits, pasta, sauces or double bread. The makers of this dish say it can also be used during a stage of artificial meat or fish development.

However, even if everything goes according to plan, as is usually the case, it may take years now to produce the amount needed to meet the worldwide need.
But this is just one of many projects that are working on the idea of producing artificial foods in the future.
The head of the Finland company is Pasey Venica, who studied at Cranfield University in the UK and is now a professor at Lippin Ranta University in Finland.
Space Age Idea
Professor Venica states that the idea of this food technology was actually exposed in the 1960s when the space industry was flourishing.
He acknowledged that his first plant is still several months behind its completion goals, but says it will be completed by 2022. A comprehensive investment plan will be ready in 2023, and if everything goes according to plan then the first factory will be established in 2025.

Monbiot is particularly disappointed with the future of the planet, but he says solar food has created a new ray of hope.

According to a research paper called React X, which evaluates the effects of technology, by 2035 new protein-derived protein will be ten times cheaper than protein obtained from livestock.
