- Go to Amazon App
First of all Android users login to their Amazon shopping application.
- Tap on Alexa microphone
After tapping on the microphone icon, you can say “Alexa, Pay my Electricity bill” or Alexa, recharge my DTH “. Users who normally pay bills from Amazon Pay will be navigated directly to the billing page.
- Order / Payment Confirmation
Once your bill details are completed, Alexa completes the process by paying with your Amazon Pay Account balance.
The company said on this latest support, “Customers can enable transactions through voice pins on the Alexa app as well. Once approved, Alexa can easily complete transactions under Amazon Pay. On completion of payment, we will also send a notification to the customer’s mobile phone number.
New Amazon Pay customers will also get a link to connect Alexa to the shopping application at the beginning of this process, after which it can easily complete the payment.
Note: For now, this service is also available only in the English language on the application, but according to the company, soon you will get the support of other languages here like Alexa product lineup.
