Google has removed about 600 controversial Android apps from its Play Store. The company also removed the developers of apps that enticed users into advertising through clicks.
According to the company, our advertising team needs to focus on one area and find new ways to detect harmful ads appearing outside the app.
The company said in a statement released on Thursday night, “This type of behavior is against Google’s policies. That’s why Google has removed these apps from AdMob and PlayStar. “
Google continued, “Our investigation is underway and we will continue to take action as soon as we come to know about the violation.”
