Google Chrome will have a built-in QR code sharing page function

If this feature is enabled, a new “Generate QR code for this Page” option will be provided on the page’s right-click menu. Selecting this option will generate a QR code for the page URL (note: The QR code button in the address bar does not work properly with atm), it will be displayed in the address bar along with the “Download” option for saving to the user device. Users can scan the QR code using a smartphone camera or QR scanner app available in the Play Store and get the page URL on an Android device for reading or shopping.

However, as shownin the first screenshot embedded in the article, this feature is currently not working, or the changes required to create a QR code may not have been displayed with the logo in the Chrome Canary browser.
