Corona’s 21 patients recover in Pakistan, 1,106 people affected

ISLAMABAD: The number of Corona virus cases has reached 1106 in Pakistan and eight people have been killed.

According to the data released on the government website regarding Corona virus, Sindh has the highest number of 421, 323 in Punjab, 131 in Balochistan, 121 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 84 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 25 in Islamabad and one case in Azad Kashmir.

In the last 24 hours, 4 new cases have emerged. Corona’s 21 patients have recovered so far, while five have died of anxiety and 8 have died of the deadly virus.3

Corona virus was confirmed in sixteen people in Bhara Kah area of ​​Islamabad after which the area was sealed. Corona tests of thirty-nine people have come in Mardan’s Union Council Manga.

It has also been decided to seal the areas of Quetta, Murreeabad and Hazara Town. Chief Secretary Balochistan says provincial capital will also lock down Quetta.

Lockdown is underway in various cities across the country to reduce the spread of the Corona virus and ground and air routes between provinces are also closed.

The government has banned people from leaving their homes and all private and public institutions are closed.

Scholars from various schools in Pakistan have said in a unanimous statement that people over the age of fifty did not attend mosques and suspected coronavirus were living in homes.

Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman said that minor children should not come to the mosque, pick up the carpet from mosques, and inform Corona in Friday’s speech. Mufti Taqi Usmani has also called for precautionary measures.

The government has released a trillion rupees package due to Corona, which will be used in consultation with the provinces.
