LAHORE: The death toll from the deadly virus in Pakistan has risen to 26 in the last 24 hours across the country after the death of two more people in Pakistan, compared to 49 in the last 24 hours. The number has risen to 1914. 58 people have recovered while 12 are in critical condition.
Sindh Health Minister Dr Azra Pechoho confirmed two more deaths from the deadly virus in Karachi. He said that 74 and 70-year-old citizens of Karachi died due to the corona virus. Confirming the second death in the city, he said the 70-year-old resident of Karachi, who died, was also suffering from various ailments, which confirmed the corona virus in the test report after his death.
Health Department Punjab has confirmed 658 cases of corona virus in the province. The Health Ministry said that 130 in Lahore, Gujarat 62, Jhelum 28, Rawalpindi 44, Nankana 13, Gujranwala 11, Faisalabad 9, Hafizabad and DG Khan 5, Mandi Bahauddin 4, Rahim Yar Khan and Mianwali 3, while there are 2,2 cases in Multan, Vehari and Sargodha. Besides, one cases in Narwal, Attock, Khushab, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Kasur and Leh. The Corona virus killed three more people in Punjab on Sunday, bringing the total death toll to 9 in the province.
According to the Sindh Health Department, the total number of cases has been increased to 294 in Karachi and 57 in Hyderabad, while in Dadu, one in Jacobabad and two in Jamshoro. In addition, 265 more pilgrims in Sukkur and Larkana. I have 7 visitors infected with the corona virus.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the number of Corona virus cases has increased from 221 to 154 in Balochistan. Today, in Gilgit-Baltistan, the total number of patients has increased to 148 after the emergence of new Corona virus. The total number of people in the federal capital has increased to 58 since then. There has not been a case of Corona virus in Azad Kashmir since Sunday, although 4 people were confirmed on Sunday.
The Prime Minister once again announced the Prime Minister’s Corona Relief Fund to deal with the Corona virus by denying Lockdown in the country. The Government of Sindh decided to spend another three hours in Lockdown. Lockdown is being held from 5pm until 8pm. There are orders to close all shops at 5pm. The leading scholars of the country have ruled that adopting precautionary measures from the epidemic is the Prophet’s Sunnah and it is not possible to get rid of the Corona virus without seeking repentance.
