The person in charge said that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will accelerate the development of modern seed industry innovation and agricultural mechanization, focus on the third national survey and collection of crop germplasm resources, and promote joint research on important food crops and improved livestock and poultry, and Promote the construction of Nanfan Silicon Valley. Improve and optimize subsidies for agricultural machinery purchases, increase subsidies for cotton oil and sugar crop harvesting, livestock and poultry aquaculture, facility agriculture, and hilly areas, and complete 100 million mu of submerged land preparation for agricultural machinery.
