Some customers may experience delays in sending equipment for repair due to public health and health precautions, and because of limited repair service options in the near future. For customers affected by the recent temporary store closures, please apologize for any inconvenience caused and assist customers in solving the problem.
If the affected customer’s device warranty expires after January 1, 2020, please provide the customer with a one-time warranty exception. Accidental damage is not covered by the exception of this repair service.
The one-time warranty exception is provided to customers in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau, and is valid until March 31, 2020, with the same coverage as the original product warranty.
