Apple is likely to launch 12.9-inch and 11-inch tablets in March 2020. A few days ago, the OnLeaks website with extremely high accuracy released 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro renderings in 2020. The upcoming 2020 iPad Pro model may have the same dimensions as the 2018 model. The specific size of the 11-inch iPad Pro is about 248 x 178.6 x 5.9 mm (including the raised part of the rear camera is 7.8 mm). The specific size of the 12.9-inch iPad Pro is not available yet.
In addition to height and width, the thickness of the new iPad may be more, because Apple plans to use a triple camera system on the new iPad, which is equivalent to the camera lens specifications of the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max.
OnLeaks cannot determine which material (aluminum or glass) is used for the shells of both models. To illustrate these two possibilities, the 11-inch model uses a normal aluminum case, while the 12.9-inch model uses a glass back. Taking into account Apple’s usual practice, the 2020 iPad will have an A13X chip built-in.
